Assessing students through continuous evaluation, including projects, quizzes, and periodic exams.

Maintaining discipline, encouraging respect for scientific ethics, and fostering a collaborative classroom culture.
Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Science (BSc, B.Tech, or equivalent) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
At least four years of teaching experience, preferably in a high school setting.
Possession of TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Strong command of English and Hindi for effective communication with students and parents.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and promote inclusivity.
Compensation and Location
The successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is based in Kanke, Ranchi, offering a supportive environment for professional growth and a commitment to academic excellence.
