4. Monitor curriculum delivery and ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines.
5. Lead staff meetings and professional development sessions for non-teaching staff.
6. Handle parent-teacher interactions and resolve grievances promptly.
7. Manage school records, admissions, and documentation efficiently.
8. Represent the school at local education department meetings in Ranchi.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and school management software is required.
