Qualification

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of all music‑related activities at Madhusudhan Public School, ensuring programs align with the school’s cultural objectives. Coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and liaise with external artists and vendors to organize concerts, workshops, and festivals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive music curriculum framework in collaboration with academic staff, focusing on student engagement and talent development. Supervise and mentor any support staff involved in music events, providing guidance on logistics and performance standards.
Monitor resource utilization, including instruments, audio equipment, and classroom spaces, guaranteeing optimal usage and maintenance. Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, participation rates, and budget adherence for senior management review.
Foster partnerships with local cultural institutions, schools, and community groups to enhance the school’s musical outreach and reputation. Represent Madhusudhan Public School at regional music conferences and competitions, promoting student achievements.
Salary
Rs.12,000 - Rs.18,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
