NTT Hindi Teacher – Madhusudhan Public School, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand
Madhusudhan Public School invites applications for a full‑time NTT Hindi Teacher position in West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. The role involves delivering Hindi instruction to primary and middle‑class students and supporting the school’s language development goals.
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct Hindi classes, ensuring clear explanation of grammar, literature and conversational skills.
- Assess student understanding through oral and written activities and provide immediate feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Prepare and organize teaching aids, worksheets and visual materials for each session.
Regular Responsibilities (Weekly/Termly)
- Design and update lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and state guidelines.
- Conduct weekly quizzes or oral tests to monitor progress and identify areas for remedial work.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects.
- Communicate student performance and any concerns to parents through meetings or written reports.
Periodic Responsibilities (Termly/Yearly)
- Set and evaluate term examinations, marking answer scripts and entering results in school records.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Hindi syllabus and suggest improvements based on student outcomes.
- Attend school’s professional development workshops and training sessions as required.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET qualification is an advantage.
Salary and Location
- Salary: Rs.12,000 – Rs.18,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
