Job Overview


Sri Aurobindo Memorial School Bengaluru seeks an experienced Dance Teacher Job in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka to lead our school's dance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dance department, supervising staff members, and overseeing the overall development of the program.

Day-to-Day Duties

- Manage and coordinate dance performances and events at the school.
- Supervise and guide the dance staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Develop and implement dance curriculum and syllabus for students.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate dance into the overall school program.
- Maintain and manage dance library and resources.
- Coordinate with local dance schools and institutions for collaboration and exchange programs.
- Manage and allocate dance budget and resources.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the dance department.

Eligibility Criteria


A B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree in Dance or a related field is essential for this role. At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity is required. Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET certification.
