IIT Mathematics Teacher Job in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka | School Recruitment

Leadership Expectations and Curriculum Ownership
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Mathematics curriculum that aligns with the latest CBSE guidelines
* Lead a team of Mathematics teachers in planning and executing lesson plans
* Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning
Core Responsibilities
* Teach Mathematics to students of varying abilities, from Class 6 to Class 12
* Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to improve student outcomes
* Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about their child's progress
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
* Participate in school events and activities that promote Mathematics education
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education and integrate them into the curriculum
What You Bring to the Table
* A Master's degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
* 4 years of experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in a school setting
* Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with students of varying abilities and learning styles
