Vedantu Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated NDA English Teacher to join its Bengaluru Urban campus and inspire students with a dynamic, interactive approach to language learning. This full-time role focuses on fostering communication skills, critical thinking, and cultural awareness through engaging classroom activities. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for modern English pedagogy while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
The role requires a postgraduate degree in English or a related discipline, with at least four years of relevant teaching experience. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, a strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature will be highly valued. Experience in developing creative lesson plans, encouraging group discussions, and using multimedia tools to enhance learning is essential.
As an NDA English Teacher at Vedantu, you will design and deliver lessons that blend traditional and contemporary teaching techniques. This includes structuring grammar exercises, literature studies, and speaking/writing activities tailored to students' developmental stages. Your responsibilities will also involve assessing progress through oral presentations, written assignments, and participatory evaluations, ensuring students build confidence in expressing themselves fluently.
Collaboration with other educators and curriculum development teams will be part of the role, ensuring alignment with Vedantu’s innovative teaching philosophy.
