NTT English Teacher Position at KMV Red Hills Senior Secondary School
KMV Red Hills Senior Secondary School in Bengaluru Urban is looking for a dedicated NTT (Non-Teaching Teaching Staff) English teacher to join their team. This role focuses on delivering engaging English language instruction to students in grades 10 to 12, ensuring they develop strong communication, reading, and writing skills. The teacher will also assist in preparing students for board exams, fostering critical thinking and cultural awareness through literature and language studies.
The primary responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom teaching, and evaluating student progress. You will create interactive lessons, use age-appropriate teaching methods, and maintain a supportive learning environment. Collaboration with the school’s curriculum team and participation in teacher development workshops will also be part of the role.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject, is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably. The monthly salary for this position is Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 33,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is full-time and based in Bengaluru Urban.
