Assess student progress through classwork, oral presentations and periodic tests, providing constructive feedback. Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment that reflects the values of Sri Lakshmi Public School. Organise extra‑curricular activities such as debates, storytelling sessions and spelling bees to enhance language proficiency. Collaborate with senior staff for curriculum alignment and participate in parent‑teacher meetings when required.
Qualification
Candidate must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is preferred and will be considered an advantage. A clear background check and proficiency in spoken and written English are mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an English teaching job in Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban is required. Prior experience handling NTT English Teacher roles in schools will be beneficial.
Salary
The position offers a salary range of Rs.14,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
