NTT Evs Teacher Job in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka | School Recruitment at Harvest International School. Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive EVS lessons covering topics like biodiversity, waste management, and climate change. Develop lesson plans incorporating local Bengaluru Urban case studies, such as urban greening projects or water conservation efforts. Organize field trips to parks, recycling centers, or community gardens to reinforce classroom learning. Collaborate with the science department to integrate EVS concepts into interdisciplinary projects. Assess student understanding through practical experiments, projects, and real-world problem-solving tasks.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching positions in Karnataka. Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or environmental sciences. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Passion for sustainability and willingness to participate in school eco-club activities. Knowledge of Karnataka’s EVS curriculum and educational policies beneficial.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000.
