Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for classes as per the school curriculum, using interactive methods to engage students.

Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and visual materials that support language learning and cultural understanding.
Participate in regular staff meetings, contribute ideas for curriculum enhancements and collaborate with colleagues from other subjects.
Day‑to‑Day Activities
Conduct classroom teaching sessions, manage classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
Monitor attendance, maintain accurate records of student performance and update grade books.
Offer extra help to students who need additional support, either during scheduled remedial periods or through brief one‑on‑one guidance.
Periodic Duties
Organise and supervise Hindi language events such as debates, poetry recitals and cultural programs during school functions.
Assist in the preparation of term‑end examinations, setting question papers and evaluating answer scripts.
Participate in professional development workshops and school‑wide initiatives aimed at improving teaching quality.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; candidates with TET/CTET certification will be preferred.
Personal Attributes
Strong command of Hindi language, both written and spoken.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners and maintain enthusiasm in the classroom.
Good communication skills to interact with students, parents and senior staff effectively.
