- Conduct laboratory sessions, guiding students through experiments that reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Use diverse teaching aids—slides, models, and digital resources—to cater to varied learning styles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects, especially in science fairs and community outreach.
- Participate in school committees, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report any student concerns to the senior management promptly.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Biology or related field required.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
- Proven ability to create a positive learning environment and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Salary and Employment Type
- Salary range: Rs.38,000 – Rs.60,000 per month.
