Key Responsibilities
Classroom Practice: Design and deliver lesson plans that adhere to the ICSE syllabus, using storytelling, primary source analysis, and comparative studies to bring history alive.
Student Interaction: Facilitate discussions, debates, and group projects that encourage active participation and peer learning.
Assessment Practices: Create varied assessment tools—quizzes, essays, presentations—to gauge understanding and provide constructive feedback.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching materials and integrate interdisciplinary links where appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills
Post‑graduate degree in History or related field.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
