PGT Physical Education Teacher – Vijaya Bharathi Public School, Bengaluru
The school is looking for a full‑time PGT Physical Education Teacher to join Vijaya Bharathi Public School in Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka. The role involves delivering the Physical Education curriculum to senior classes and fostering a healthy, active environment for students.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct practical and theoretical Physical Education lessons for classes IX‑XII, ensuring alignment with the school’s academic standards. Organise sports events, inter‑school competitions and co‑curricular activities, and assess student performance through appropriate evaluation methods. Maintain equipment, safety standards and records of student progress.
Qualifications & Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Physical Education or related field with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET, though it is not mandatory.
Salary
Rs.38,000 – Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
