National Public School seeks a Physical Education Coordinator to manage all sports and fitness initiatives across the campus. The role involves planning schedules, coordinating with coaches, and ensuring compliance with school policies for physical activities.

Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of sports facilities and equipment, arranging repairs and inventory checks.
- Coordinate inter‑class and inter‑school tournaments, handling logistics, match rules, and scorekeeping.
- Develop and implement daily physical activity programs for students and staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Program Development
- Design seasonal training plans for student athletes, monitoring progress and adjusting routines as needed.
- Collaborate with school leadership to integrate wellness initiatives into the broader school calendar.

Administrative Tasks
- Prepare reports on participation rates, injury statistics, and budget usage for the senior management team.
- Manage vendor contracts for sports gear, event services, and external coaching.

Leadership and Compliance
- Lead the physical education committee, setting standards for conduct, hygiene, and equipment usage.
- Ensure all activities meet state health and safety regulations, updating policies when required.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.

Compensation
- Salary range: Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000 per month for a full‑time position.
