Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging dance lessons that align with the school’s holistic education approach, incorporating classical, contemporary, and regional styles.
- Prepare students for inter‑school performances, cultural festivals, and internal showcases, ensuring each event reflects high artistic standards.
- Collaborate with other PRT teachers to integrate dance into interdisciplinary projects, enhancing students’ overall learning experience.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and progress reports for each cohort.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay current with dance education trends.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and teamwork among students.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting, preferably within a PRT framework.
- Strong command of various dance forms and proven ability to teach students of diverse ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Kannada.
