Your Students
At our school, we have students from diverse backgrounds and learning levels. As a PRT English Teacher, you will be working with students who are in the initial stages of developing their English language skills. You will be expected to create an inclusive classroom environment in Bengaluru Urban that caters to the needs of all learners, including special needs students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver English language lessons that cater to different learning levels and styles
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to participate and engage with the material
- Use differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including students with special needs
- Develop and implement engaging English language activities that promote language skills
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the English language curriculum
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
To be a successful PRT English Teacher at Sri Aurobindo Memorial School Bengaluru, you will need to possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
