The PRT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum. Daily classroom instruction will cover grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and creative writing, ensuring students grasp Hindi fundamentals effectively. The teacher will also participate in interactive activities like storytelling sessions, debates, and cultural events to enhance language proficiency. Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback will be a key part of the role. Collaborating with the Hindi department to integrate cultural themes and regional traditions will enrich the learning experience. The teacher must ensure that all teaching materials are age-appropriate, interactive, and aligned with Karnataka’s educational standards. Maintaining discipline and creating a supportive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn Hindi will be essential.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for this position. A teaching certificate like TET or CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Three years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or a similar language, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young students.
