Assessment and Evaluation
Conduct regular assessments to identify student strengths and areas needing improvement. Provide constructive feedback through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises. Maintain detailed records of student progress for reporting.
Student Support
Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on both academic and personal growth. Foster a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore mathematical curiosity. Collaborate with other teachers to address individual learning needs.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with the principal and staff to ensure smooth implementation of school policies. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum improvements. Assist in organizing school events related to mathematics, if applicable.
This position offers a monthly salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000, with a graduate degree as the minimum qualification. Two years of teaching experience in mathematics is preferred, though not mandatory.
