To qualify, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Social Science, is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. A strong command of Kannada and English is essential, along with a genuine interest in Karnataka’s history, geography, and contemporary social issues.
