Daily classroom management, assessment creation, and student progress tracking are integral. The role requires collaboration with subject coordinators to integrate Kannada themes across interdisciplinary projects, such as local heritage studies and digital storytelling. The teacher will also mentor junior staff, contribute to curriculum review, and participate in parent-teacher interactions to support student development. Eligibility
Candidates must hold a post-graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of four years teaching experience in a school setting is required. Preference will be given to those who have completed TET or CTET, though it is not mandatory. Strong command of Kannada language, literature, and pedagogy is essential.
Salary and Employment
