Collaborate with the school management and other teachers to support holistic student development. Participate in extracurricular activities related to science and physics to encourage hands-on learning. Maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Have at least four years of teaching experience at the secondary level. Possess a valid TET or CTET certificate as preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrate expertise in both theoretical and experimental aspects of physics. Showcase strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs. Experience in using modern teaching tools and educational technology is a plus.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000, along with benefits that support a balanced work-life integration.
