4. Collaborate with the Science department to design experiments, lab activities, and educational resources for classroom use.
5. Maintain a well-organized lab and classroom environment, ensuring all equipment and materials are functional and safe for use.
6. Participate in school events, science fairs, and extracurricular activities to promote interest in STEM fields among students.
7. Keep updated on educational trends and teaching methodologies to refine instructional techniques and adapt to evolving educational needs.
8. Support students with learning difficulties through individualized guidance and additional study sessions when required.
9. Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about best practices.
10. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct in all interactions.
