Role Summary

Day‑to‑Day Duties
1. Design and implement recruitment plans for new staff and support personnel.
2. Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management for all employees.
3. Conduct performance reviews and develop professional growth plans.
4. Ensure compliance with labour laws, school regulations, and health & safety standards.
5. Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and maintain a positive culture.
6. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
7. Maintain accurate HR records and generate monthly reports for leadership.
8. Liaise with local authorities and educational bodies on HR matters.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR or related administration. Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and basic data analytics.
Preferred Skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of Karnataka labour regulations. Experience in managing diverse teams in a school or similar setting.
