Mentor junior teachers and support them in adopting innovative teaching methods and classroom management practices.
Organize and supervise extracurricular history clubs, seminars, and field trips to museums, heritage sites, and historical landmarks.
Collaborate with parents and school counselors to address individual student needs and promote holistic development.
Stay updated with current research, publications, and developments in the field of history education, integrating relevant findings into teaching practice.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in History (MA, M.Sc., or equivalent).
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required for teaching positions.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the PGT level or equivalent in a recognized school setting.
Demonstrated ability to create a dynamic learning environment and manage diverse student cohorts.
Salary and Employment Type
Full‑time employment with a competitive salary range of Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
