Plan and deliver the English curriculum for Primary (Class I‑V) as per state guidelines, ensuring interactive and student‑centred lessons. Conduct regular assessments, maintain progress records, and provide feedback to students and parents. Organise co‑curricular activities such as debates, storytelling sessions and reading clubs to enhance language skills. Support school events and collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects. Ensure classroom discipline and a safe learning atmosphere in line with school policies.
Qualification
Candidate must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Good command of English language, both spoken and written, is essential.
Experience
Minimum three years of teaching experience in primary English classrooms. Prior experience in a school PRT English Opening or similar role will be advantageous. Familiarity with the Karnataka education system and local cultural context is expected.
Salary and employment type
Full‑time position with a salary range of Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month. Employment is on a permanent basis with standard school benefits.
