Create and implement engaging Mathematics lesson plans

What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to secondary school students
2. Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum at Varin International Residential School Karnataka
3. Assess student learning and progress in Mathematics
4. Collaborate with colleagues to implement school-wide initiatives
5. Participate in school-wide events and activities
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
7. Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
8. Stay up-to-date with developments in Mathematics education
9. Participate in professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Mathematics to secondary school students
- Familiarity with TET or CTET certifications
- Knowledge of local Mathematics curriculum and standards
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
