* Publish papers in top-tier journals, including Energy Conversion and Management, Renewable Energy, and Solar Energy
* Supervise Ph.D. students in Renewable Energy, guiding them in their research and thesis evaluation
* Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new courses and programs in Renewable Energy
* Develop and maintain industry partnerships to support research and training in Renewable Energy
* Participate in academic and professional organizations to promote the department's research and teaching excellence
* Contribute to the development of new research initiatives and grants
Eligibility Criteria
A Ph.D. in Renewable Energy or a related field is mandatory for this position. A post-doc experience in a relevant field is preferred. The candidate must have a good understanding of UGC-NET with JRF and UGC regulations for university recruitment.
Research & Publications
The successful candidate will be expected to publish papers in top-tier journals and secure funding from national and international agencies. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with other faculty members to develop new courses and programs in Renewable Energy.
Research Leadership
The successful candidate will be expected to guide doctoral students in Renewable Energy, including thesis evaluation and supervision. The candidate will also be expected to participate in academic and professional organizations to promote the department's research and teaching excellence.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, as per UGC norms. The university also offers research grants and other benefits to support the candidate's research and teaching activities.
