Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students across classes, aligning with the school curriculum and state standards.
Assess student progress through tests, assignments and oral activities, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
Classroom Management
Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and respects diverse learning needs.
Utilise interactive teaching aids, multimedia resources and group activities to make language learning lively.
Curriculum Support
Assist senior faculty in preparing teaching materials, worksheets and assessment tools.
Participate in periodic curriculum reviews and suggest enhancements based on classroom observations.
Professional Development
Stay updated with modern English teaching methodologies and incorporate them into daily instruction.
Attend school‑organized workshops and seminars to continuously refine pedagogical skills.
Communication
Engage with parents and guardians through regular meetings and progress reports, addressing concerns promptly.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to coordinate cross‑subject projects and school events.
Additional Duties
Support extracurricular English clubs, debate teams or reading circles as needed.
Contribute to school functions, cultural programs and community outreach activities.
