Key Responsibilities
As a PROFESSOR, your key responsibilities will include:
* Teaching Control Systems courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students
* Conducting research in Control Systems and publishing papers in reputable journals
* Supervising Ph.D. students in Control Systems
* Developing and implementing new courses in Control Systems
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary research projects
* Serving on Departmental and University committees
* Participating in academic and administrative activities of the University
* Advising students on academic and career-related matters
* Maintaining a high level of expertise in Control Systems through ongoing research and professional development
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Control Systems or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in teaching and research. A post-doctoral experience is preferred. The candidate should also have a strong research record, as evidenced by publications in reputable journals and conferences. A UGC-NET with JRF will be an added advantage.
