The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a strong academic background in mathematics. A graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary or upper primary school setting, is essential. Fluency in Kannada and English is required to facilitate effective communication with students and parents.
