Teaching beyond the classroom involves organizing extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitals, or English clubs to boost students’ confidence. Staying updated on teaching trends and educational best practices will help you refine your methods continuously. Attendance at school events, parent-teacher meetings, and curriculum reviews will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in English or a related field, along with at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial.
