What you need:
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in schools.
Strong knowledge of Indian classical and folk music traditions.
Basic proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument.
Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse student learning levels.
