Integrate Python, Arduino, and open-source AI tools into daily classroom instruction to build computational thinking.
Mentor 3–5 junior robotics teachers, conduct weekly pedagogy workshops, and review their lesson plans to maintain high teaching standards. Design and supervise capstone robotics projects for grades 11–12, ensuring they meet board requirements and showcase innovation. Organize inter-house and inter-school robotics fairs in Bhopal to foster peer learning and community engagement.
Monitor student progress through project portfolios and quarterly assessments, providing targeted feedback to improve problem-solving and design skills. Represent The Sanskriti School Bhopal at state-level robotics conclaves and AI summits to position the school as a leader in STEM education. Collaborate with the IT department to maintain the robotics lab infrastructure, including 3D printers, robotic arms, and AI development kits.
