Day-to-Day Duties
Supervise the computer lab during school hours, ensuring all systems, printers, and software run without disruption. Assist senior teachers with board exam coaching by preparing sample papers, uploading marks on the school portal, and maintaining lab attendance registers. Lead curriculum-linked projects for grades IX–XII, aligning lab activities with CBSE syllabi. Oversee inventory of consumables such as cartridges, cables, and mouse pads, placing orders through the accounts office. Organize inter-house coding contests and prepare lab readiness reports for monthly staff meetings. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and AMC renewals to keep downtime minimal. Train new office staff on lab safety protocols and data backup routines. Assist in preparing the annual lab budget and presenting it to the principal for approval.
Who Can Apply
Graduate candidates with B.Ed or D.El.Ed are eligible. Minimum three years of hands-on lab management or computer teaching experience is required. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE exam patterns and lab-based assessment tools will be considered an advantage.
