PGT Chemistry Teacher Position at Arera Convent H.sc School in Bhopal
Arera Convent H.sc School in Bhopal seeks a dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join its faculty and inspire students with a passion for scientific exploration. This full-time role involves shaping young minds through engaging chemistry lessons, fostering critical thinking, and aligning curriculum with modern educational standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in theoretical and practical chemistry while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
The role requires designing and delivering chemistry lessons for senior high school students, covering topics from organic chemistry to environmental science. You will conduct experiments, maintain lab safety protocols, and collaborate with the science department to enhance interdisciplinary learning. Assessing student performance through projects, quizzes, and continuous evaluation will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, mentoring students in research activities and encouraging participation in science fairs or competitions will be expected.
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. At least three years of teaching experience in chemistry at the high school level is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, a strong command of the English language and familiarity with Madhya Pradesh’s curriculum will be highly beneficial.
