Who You Will Teach
As a PGT Chemistry Teacher at Red Rose School, you will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students from diverse learning levels, including those with special needs. Our school believes in creating an inclusive classroom environment where all learners feel valued and supported. You will be teaching Chemistry to students in the 6th to 12th standard and will be required to differentiate your instruction to cater to the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all learners
* Develop and implement inclusive pedagogy to ensure that all students have equal access to learning opportunities
* Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all learners
* Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
* Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
* Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote inclusive education
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
* Maintain accurate student records and assess student learning on a regular basis
* Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and implement them in the classroom
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed in Chemistry or related field
* TET/CTET certification preferred
* 5 years of teaching experience in Chemistry
* Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and pedagogy
