Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach History to students of classes VI to X
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning abilities
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding
- Engage with parents to discuss student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's academic policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Conduct field trips to historical sites and monuments to provide students with hands-on learning experiences
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree and a postgraduate degree in History or a related subject. Preference will be given to candidates who have a valid TET/CTET certificate. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is required.
