What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and understanding.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who require additional help.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver Mathematics curriculum.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, such as digital resources and multimedia tools.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education and pedagogy.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Mathematics learning and appreciation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions and explore mathematical concepts.
- Develop and implement strategies to address individual student needs and learning difficulties.
Who Can Apply
- Post-graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field (M.Sc., M.A.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is a must for teaching positions
- 3+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics at a school or a similar institution
- Strong understanding of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CBSE or ICSE curriculum and assessment frameworks
