- Postgraduate degree in Physics or related field (M.Sc, M.A, or M.Phil).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed. required for teaching positions, with TET or CTET preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of delivering inclusive physics education.
