Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement school-wide policies and strategies to improve academic performance
- Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel
- Foster a positive school culture, promoting teacher collaboration and student engagement
- Evaluate and improve the school's curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment techniques
- Establish and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community
- Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure efficient allocation and utilization
- Develop and implement school improvement plans, ensuring alignment with national and state standards
- Collaborate with senior administrators to ensure effective governance and decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of Indian education system, particularly the Madhya Pradesh education board
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions
