Guide students in creating projects for national festivals and school events.
Assess student progress through simple rubrics and keep records updated.
Assist in decorating classrooms and corridors for special occasions.
Encourage students to participate in inter-school art competitions.
Attend staff meetings to share ideas and improve the art curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Fine Arts or Visual Arts from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with specialization in Art Education.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in primary art education.
Familiarity with local art traditions and materials preferred.
