The immediate need
The Sanskriti School requires a PRT English Teacher immediately to cover an unforeseen vacancy. Candidates must be ready to start without delay and contribute to our academic excellence.
What the role involves
Prepare engaging lesson plans for classes 5 to 8 in alignment with the state curriculum. Deliver interactive lessons that enhance reading, writing, and speaking skills. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students. Mentor and support junior staff in classroom management techniques. Coordinate with subject coordinators to integrate interdisciplinary projects. Facilitate extracurricular English activities such as debates and drama. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records. Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
Who can step in quickly
Qualified graduate with at least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Demonstrated ability to create a dynamic learning environment and adapt to diverse student needs. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Experience with digital teaching tools is an advantage.
