Key Responsibilities
* Teach Hindi to students in Classes 6-12, following the school's curriculum and assessment guidelines
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
* Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote Hindi language and culture
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment policies
* Attend regular meetings and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related field
* A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
