Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with the NCERT curriculum for Grades 1 to 5 at Red Rose School. Conduct monthly unit tests and provide feedback to parents on student progress in Mathematics. Organize Mathematics fairs or quiz competitions to encourage problem-solving skills among students.
Prepare daily worksheets and monthly test papers focusing on addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and basic geometry. Collaborate with PRT team members to integrate Mathematics with other subjects through cross-curricular projects. Maintain records of student attendance, marks, and behavioral observations specific to Mathematics learning.
Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development workshops on Mathematics teaching methods. Ensure classroom resources like rulers, protractors, and counting blocks are organized and accessible for every Mathematics session.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must be graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution. Mathematics should be a main subject in graduation. Prior teaching experience of at least 5 years in primary Mathematics is required.
