Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students
Develop and implement curriculum-aligned activities and assessments
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments
Participate in school-wide initiatives and events.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution
- 5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics
- Strong understanding of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification
- Experience in teaching Mathematics to diverse age groups
- Knowledge of technology integration in the classroom
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and content expertise
- Ability to adapt to changing curriculum requirements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
