Teaching Approach

What You Will Do
- Teach Chemistry to students from class VI to X, using a student-centered approach that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate modern technology, such as online simulations and virtual labs.
- Use digital tools to create interactive multimedia presentations and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver interdisciplinary projects that integrate Chemistry with other subjects.
- Use our LMS to track student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide targeted support.
- Design and deliver online assessments that use technology to enhance student engagement and feedback.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of our school's Chemistry curriculum, incorporating best practices and modern pedagogies.
- Engage with students, parents, and colleagues through regular communication and feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- Valid TET or CTET certification is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
