Who You Will Teach (diverse learning levels, inclusive classroom in Bhopal)
The students in Berasia come from varied learning backgrounds and need differentiated support in Science. Your classroom will include learners who grasp concepts quickly and those who need extra time and examples. Patience and adaptability are key to creating an inclusive environment where all students feel safe to ask questions.
What You Will Do (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)
Plan and deliver Science lessons for Classes VI to VIII aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Use simple experiments, diagrams, and real-life examples to explain Physics, Chemistry, and Biology concepts clearly. Prepare low-cost teaching aids from locally available materials to make learning more relatable for students in Berasia.
Assess students through informal checks, short quizzes, and practical observations rather than heavy written tests. Provide individual feedback and small-group support to students who struggle with Science topics. Collaborate with other teachers to share strategies for inclusive teaching in mixed-ability classes.
Organize Science exhibitions or simple projects once a term to encourage hands-on learning and teamwork among students. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and progress for each learner. Attend staff meetings and parent-teacher interactions to discuss student development and address concerns.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must be graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least 5 years of experience teaching Science to middle school students. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication with students and parents in Berasia. Prior experience in an inclusive classroom setting is preferred but not mandatory.
