Supervise and mentor junior Social Science teachers, conducting classroom observations and offering constructive guidance. Conduct demonstration lessons and share best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and resource creation.

Coordinate with the school’s examination cell to streamline internal assessments and mock tests for Classes 9 and 10. Analyse performance data and recommend corrective measures to address common conceptual gaps in Social Science.
Represent the department in parent-teacher meetings and school-wide academic forums. Communicate progress and concerns with clarity to ensure parental support for student improvement.

Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics) from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from an NCTE-recognised institution is mandatory for this TGT Social Science Teacher role.
Teaching experience of at least 3 years in Social Science at the secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school is required. NET or SET qualification in Social Science is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
