2. Coordinate with parents and school administration to resolve any transportation-related issues.
3. Maintain accurate records of student transportation, including attendance and safety reports.
4. Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
5. Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure the safety of students.
6. Collaborate with school administrators to plan and implement transportation schedules.
7. Handle transportation-related complaints and concerns from parents and students.
8. Maintain a clean and organized transportation office.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Transport Incharge position, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably in a school setting. Computer proficiency is essential, with expertise in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
